We invite you to join us on May 14 for a brand new 21-Day Mantra Meditation Journey.
Each daily session will feature an exploration into
a particular mantra, with an explanation of its meaning, and a guided meditation to help us enter into the spirit of the chant.
Chanting these ancient sound formulas carries us into a state of deep inner peace and well-being. We are honoured to again be sharing this beautiful practice with those who joined us for the first Mantra Meditation Journey, and with those joining us for the first time. We promise you all a transformative inner adventure!

May, as well as the amazing art photography of Brad Oliphant. A feast for the spirit and the senses!
Mantras make a difference, not only for the benefits they bring us on a personal level, but also as a healing balm for our troubled world. With this in mind, we have chosen mantras that help us meet life’s daily challenges, including blessing and protecting our children; healing body, mind and spirit; caring for the animals; and celebrating Mother Earth.
