Nissim Amon

Nissim Amon (born 1963) is an Israeli Zen teacher. He was ordained by Zen master Seung Sahn at Hwa Gae Sah in Korea, becoming a monk and a meditation teacher.

He then traveled to Japan and studied under Gudo Wafu Nishijima roshi, who gave him Dharma transmission. Amon became a wandering monk and also trained in the Forest Monasteries of Thailand and in Tibetan Monasteries in India and Nepal. In Puna, India he taught Zen at Osho Center, where he learned a new approach to heal emotional wounds (used to achieve inner balance).

He has published six books and two meditation cds.
He developed Trilotherapy – a way to talk separately with the Head, the Heart, and the True Self, the one to be awakened.
